The Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute was incorporated in 1987. It is a nonprofit corporation, which provides educational services to community associations, their board of directors and members. The chapter provides educational and marketing opportunities to those persons who offer their products and services to community associations. The chapter is structured with a governing body of fifteen (15) volunteer board of directors, balanced among homeowners, association managers and business partners. The general mission of the Tennessee Chapter is to promote public awareness of CAI, provide a source of education, professionalism and supply services and products to the community associations in our area.

Special Announcement for Members: The Nominating Committee is recommending a slate of officers to fill the open Director positions on the Board of Directors beginning January 1, 2011. Nominations of individuals to serve as Directors may also be made by written petition signed by 10 members.
