The Tennessee Chapter--2200 Hillsboro Road, Suite 200, Nashville, TN 37212. The Tennessee Chapter was incorporated in 1987. It is a nonprofit corporation, which provides educational services to community associations, their boards of directors and members. The chapter also provides educational and marketing opportunities to those persons who offer their products and services to community associations. The chapter is structured with a governing body of fifteen (15) volunteer board of directors, balanced among homeowners, association managers and business partners. The general mission of the Tennessee Chapter is to promote public awareness of CAI, provide a source of education, professionalism and supply services and products to the community associations in our area.

Annual Holiday Dinner You are cordially invited to attend the Annual Holiday Dinner of Tennessee Chapter on Thursday, December 4, 2008, Hillwood Country Club, 6201 Hickory Valley Road, Nashville. $75 per person with reservations accepted here or by calling 352-3140. Reservations will be accepted through November 26. Sponsorships are still available and donations are accepted. Cash Bar begins at 6 p.m with dinner at 6:45 p.m.. The Jerry Krahn Band will be performing and there will be a raffle to benefit the Nashville Humane Association. Raffle tickets are $5 at the door.
