What's Really In Those Homeowner Documents?
What's Really In Those Homeowner Documents?
The majority of Tennessee homeowners are not attorneys, so the Homeowner Association Governing Documents may be confusing, even to elected board members. That's why members of the Tennessee Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) are sponsoring a breakfast seminar May 20 on "Understanding your Governing Documents."

The seminar will be led by attorney Lee Corbett, current president of the Tennessee Chapter and a partner in the firm, Corbett Crockett. The seminar and breakfast is being offered at no charge to CAI members by sponsors Langley and Taylor Pool Company; Reliable Roofing, Inc.; Roger D. Perry, PC, CPA; Russell Landscape Group, Inc., and Sessions Paving Company.  Non members may attend by paying the $65 seminar fee.

Participants should bring their homeowner association (HOA) documents and must register by e-mail to CAIevents@LSIpros.net by May 16. The seminar will be held from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. at the Hotel Indigo, 1709 West End Avenue, Nashville.
