What is the Mission & Vision of CAI Tennessee?

The Tennessee Chapter of CAI is dedicated to enhancing the quality of Community Association
Living in the State Of Tennessee.  We accomplish this through education, legal advocacy,
professional development and networking opportunities.
 

What are the benefits of CAI?

Information & Resources: Newsletter, website and membership directory to keep you up-to-date on news, information and issues affecting community associations at the local level.

Educational Opportunities: Education for people living and working in community associations… board members, homeowners, community managers , professionals and service providers.

Networking Opportunities: Chapter luncheons, programs and social functions provide a great venue to meet and learn from experts in the industry, community manager colleagues, area community associations and service providers.

Legislative Activity: Your state and local jurisdiction may have laws, ordinances or programs affecting community associations in your area. Your local legislative committee follows these activities to serve you at the local level.

CAI also offers the Educated Business Partner Distinction. Business Partner Essentials is a two-part, online course to help CAI-member product and service providers better understand CAI, community associations and the industry at large. Individuals who pass the course and maintain CAI membership earn the CAI Educated Business Partner distinction, gaining special recognition among thousands of companies and professionals who support common-interest communities - accountants, attorneys, bankers, insurance professionals, landscapers, painters, reserve specialists, software providers and many others.
