Direct Mail Advertising

CAI-TENNESSEE CHAPTER

Have you taken advantage of CAI’s offer to digitally mail your brochure or flyer to its 300+ members?

As you know, direct mail is a very effective – and usually very expensive method of advertising. But here is an offer that is too good to refuse. CAI Tennessee will distribute your flyer at a very low cost.

All you have to do is provide the Chapter with your ad. They will forward to the printer to be added to the next quarterly newsletter distribution which is usually in the months of March, May, August and November. Only one organization per category or product/service will be used in each distribution with a maximum of three flyers inserted in each distribution.

Cost:
The cost of insertion is only $150 for members. Promotion material will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Once approved, you will be notified of the email promotion date. CAI Tennessee reserves the right to reject any advertising copy.

Luncheon Sponsorship

$200 member / $400 non-member

1. The sponsor will be mentioned in the meeting notice as being the sponsor for the luncheon.

2. The sponsor will be provided a table at the entrance to the meeting room
where they may have representatives from their firm with marketing materials.

3. The sponsor may place marketing materials and promotional items (keychains, coffee cups, etc.)
on each of the tables.

4. The sponsor will get to speak for two minutes about their firm. Limit two sponsors for each meeting.
